Dr. John Fritch from OrthoCincy joined Mo Egger this week to talk about the surgical procedures performed on Jonah Williams and Joseph Ossai, as well as the torn pectoral muscle suffered by a likely NFL first round draft pick.

Per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, offensive tackle Jonah Williams had surgery in Los Angeles to repair the dislocated kneecap he suffered in the Bengals’ AFC wild-card win over the Baltimore Ravens. Rapoport added linebacker Joseph Ossai had shoulder surgery after playing through this season with a torn labrum.

According to Rapoport, Williams is expected to be fully cleared before June. There was no timetable given for Ossai’s recovery.

Georgia Bulldogs LB Nolan Smith continues to recover from a torn pectoral injury he suffered in Georgia’s win over Florida. The two discuss what that recovery involves and a timetable to return.
