Lisa R. Gergen is a board-certified nurse practitioner who works with Dr. James D. Baker.
Ms. Gergen graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1995 with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She gained experience in the CCU/ICU, PACU and surgery where she obtained her surgical first assist status while specializing in orthopaedics and general surgery. In 2002 she graduated with her Master’s in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University. As a Certified Bariatric Nurse she has worked as the Director of Clinical Operations, surgical first assist and consulting faculty for a local bariatric surgery practice and now specializes in Orthopaedics with hand and wrist.
Ms. Gergen is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses and will be working with Dr. Baker at OrthoCincy's Edgewood, Crestview Hills, and Florence locations.
On the personal level, Lisa was born and raised in northern Kentucky and now lives in the historic area of Covington with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys creative photography projects, staying fit and together with her husband they enjoy the theater, concerts and museums that greater Cincinnati has to offer as well as traveling. |
