Dr. Richard M. Hoblitzell received his B.S. degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering and his M.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. His internship in general surgery and residency in orthopaedic surgery were completed at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. He was certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in 1992.
Dr. Hoblitzell is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Kentucky Medical Association and the Northern Kentucky Medical Society.
Dr. Hoblitzell specializes in general orthopaedics and total joint replacement.
