Paperless Billing
Beginning April 2, 2025 - OrthoCincy will go to paperless billing.
All OrthoCincy patients with an active MyChart account will be automatically enrolled to receive electronic statements through MyChart. Patients can receive notifications via email of available statements and will no longer receive paper statements in the mail.
Opt Out - Keep Paper Billing by Mail
- Go to “Billing Summary” within MyChart account
- Click “Get Started” button
- Click toggle button to OFF under “Paperless Preferences”
- Click “Save Changes”
Opt In - Change to Paperless Billing NOW
- Go to “Billing Summary” within MyChart account
- Click “Get Started” button
- Click toggle button to ON under “Paperless Preferences”
- Click “Save Changes”

Make the Switch
Paperless billing increases efficiency, allowing patients to pay their bills directly from MyChart. Plus, it is more secure and better for the environment.
OrthoCincy patients with active MyChart accounts who have already declined paperless billing, will not be affected by the change, and patients who do not have a MyChart account will continue to receive paper statements.
