Grunk's Beef FajitasGrunk's Beef Fajitas

Ingredients:

2 lbs skirt steak


Marinade overnight in ziplock bag

1/2 can of beer

Lime juice from 3 limes

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

3 cloves minced garlic

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

2 tsp Apple cider vinegar


Grill or saute until cooked to your liking. Let rest 5 minutes and slice against the grain. Serve with sauteed onions and peppers, corn or flour tortillas, salsa, chopped tomatoes, avacado, Mexican cheese and sour cream! Enjoy!
