HONEY CHICKEN
Ingredients:

¼ CUP DIJON MUSTARD

2TLBS. SESAME SEEDS

3TLBS. HONEY

¼ CUP WHITE WINE

1TLB. LEMON JUICE

6 CHICKEN BREASTS


Directions:

BROWN SESAME SEEDS UNTIL LIGHT BROWN

IN A BOWL, MIX SESAME SEEDS, HONEY, WINE, MUSTARD, AND LEMON JUICE

IN A BAKING DISH PLACE CHICKEN APART, POUR HONEY MIXTURE OVER AND BAKE @ 400 DEGREES FOR 50-60 MINUITES

SERVE OVER RICE
