Dr. John P. Detherage III is a board certified emergency medicine and sports medicine physician. He specializes in nonsurgical treatment of orthopedic and athletic injuries, general orthopedics, musculoskeletal ultrasound, ultrasound-guided injections and platelet-rich plasma therapy, primary care sports medicine, sporting event sideline coverage, and sports related concussion.Â

He is a currently a team physician for Miami University and is the airway physician for the Miami Redhawks football team.

Dr. Detherage sees patients by appointment at our Anderson, OH location, while also seeing patients at various Orthopedic Urgent Care clinic locations.Â
