Lesley J. Allen, APRN

Lesley Allen, APRN is a board certified nurse practitioner working alongside Dr. Michael Greiwe who specializes in shoulder replacement, instability & labral tears,  rotator cuff pathology, Tommy John surgery, and advanced arthroscopic surgical techniques for sports-related injuries of the knee, shoulder and elbow. They see patients at our Edgewood and Florence locations.

• Master’s Degree – University of Cincinnati, Family Nurse Practitioner 

Prior Experience: Lesley was a registered nurse for the surgical intensive care unit at the University Hospital (Cincinnati; Level 1 Trauma Center), a registered nurse for St. Elizabeth’s Emergency Department, and a Pediatric Trauma Nurse Practitioner for the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
