Suresh Nayak, MD, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and joint replacement surgery at OrthoCincy Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, serving Cincinnati and the outlying Ohio communities. Dr. Nayak sees patients at the Anderson office in Cincinnati and The Highland Heights location in Kentucky.

Dr. Nayak obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Cincinnati before earning his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He then completed an internship in surgery and residency in orthopaedic surgery, also at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Nayak completed a fellowship with the Cleveland Clinic in the department of orthopaedic surgery, with a concentration in adult reconstruction and shoulder surgery.

Passionate about sports medicine and joint replacement surgery, Dr. Nayak’s areas of expertise include arthroscopic surgery of the hip, knee, and shoulder, rotator cuff repair and instability reconstruction for the shoulder, and cartilage preservation procedures, to name a few. He’s also an expert at hip, knee, and shoulder replacement procedures. To ensure patient comfort, Dr. Nayak relies on the latest techniques in post-surgery pain management.

In addition to his certification with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Nayak is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and also a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, Ohio State Medical Association, and Academy of Medicine of Cincinnati.
