Shoulder and elbow pain for throwing athletes are some of the most debilitating injuries due to the repetitive high stress placed on these structures. Jordan Barker is a licensed Physical Therapist who received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky. Jordan treats patients at the OrthoCincy location in Highland Heights on the campus of NKU.
Jordan has many years of experience in physical therapy and sports medicine. He has diverse certifications, such as spinal manipulation therapy and strength and conditioning. He also helped develop the OrthoCincy Arm Care Program.
Jordan’s favorite part about physical therapy is empowering the patient. He said he loves seeing a patient be taken from one of their lowest points and progressing to one of their highest. In doing so, he sees them realize that they are capable of awesome things.
Jordan, from Winchester, KY, enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, going to the gym, going out to the farm and spending time riding or doing manual labor.
Jared Blank, PT, DPT, CSCS
Jared Blank is a licensed Physical Therapist. He received his Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati. He treats patients at the OrthoCincy Florence location.
Jared’s favorite part of physical therapy is building relationships with patients and guiding them towards their goals. He also helped in the development of the OrthoCincy Arm Care Program.

Logan Siemer, PT, DPT, OCS
Anderson Physical Therapy Supervisor
Logan Siemer is a licensed Physical Therapist. In 2014, he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from the University of Cincinnati. In 2017, he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Cincinnati. Logan is also recognized as a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He treats patients at the OrthoCincy location in Anderson.
Logan has experience treating patients of all ages with varying levels of functional goals. He has a special interest treating patients following an ACL injury and guiding them along the journey to returning to their prior level of performance. He also enjoys working with overhead athletes, as he utilizes his experiences as a player and former high-school coach to bring a practical approach to the patient’s recovery. Logan offers a variety of treatment approaches including Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training; however, his favorite part of physical therapy is guiding patients in their efforts to improve their function while promoting patient independence through education. Logan helped develop the OrthoCincy Arm Care Program.
Logan is from Northern Kentucky and loves spending time with his family. He enjoys traveling, boating, and is an avid Cincinnati Bearcats fan.
